We are seeking an experienced Regional Human Resource Business Partner to join our growing team. The position is hybrid will be based in NY, NJ, or MD. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations, hiring and corrective action while driving forth the people first mission of the company. You will report directly to our VP of Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team responsible for performance management, employee engagement and talent development.
- Collaborate with managers and leaders to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in business and employee needs.
- Lead all investigations as required by the company for divisions.
- Provide management mentorship to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues.
- Assist and lead with various soft skills and mandatory compliance training throughout the year.
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Build and help facilitate succession plans and career development plans.
- Execute performance management and day-to-day team planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related work experience
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Proven record of strategic partnerships which improve the HR experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, public presentation /communication skills and strong interpersonal social skills required.
- Must be technology savvy, proficient in MS Office Suite applications.
- Strong discernment, including critical thinking skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
- Ability to influence and partner with various levels of the organization to achieve results.
- Position requires regional travel up to 30%.
Benefits:
Competitive base salary $85,000- $95,000/year (dependent on relevant work experience)
