Responsibilities
- Supervise and train crew members to ensure safe and efficient job completion
- Safely drive truck and enclosed trailer
- Operation of all commercial lawn care equipment
- Operation of snow plow or salt truck during the winter season
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, both verbally and in writing
- Track and record crew hours and job information using phone applications
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance and repair of commercial lawn care equipment
- Ensure high-quality work with strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with minimal points/violations
- Experience pulling an enclosed trailer
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Capability to lift 50 pounds consistently
- Proficiency in operating standard landscaping machinery such as zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Regular, dependable attendance record
- Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Non-smoking applicants preferred due to a zero-tolerance policy on client properties, company property, and vehicles
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay, PAID WEEKLY
$20.50 - $25.00/hour dependent on experience level
