Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Performance & Customer Support Specialist to play a key role in optimizing client success, ensuring high-quality automotive photos, and occasionally assisting with sales. This role combines customer support, product training, quality control, and sales assistance , making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, technology, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone while managing support tickets.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to image quality and escalate as needed.
- Review and verify vehicle images to ensure they meet clarity, composition, and branding standards.
- Identify and flag images that need corrections and provide feedback to internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services and recommend product upgrades based on dealership needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices.
