HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Pro-Mow Lawncare & Landscaping is preparing for extensive, planned growth and is therefore seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our progressive team.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Our HR Manager will run the daily functions of the HR department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. The HR Generalist will support management in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: own the recruitment process from search to onboarding including job postings; reference checks; interviews; and stellar onboarding.
- Payroll and Benefits: Prepare, process, and maintain biweekly payroll; administer all benefits ensuring timely benefits education/enrollment and ongoing benefits support. Direct and oversee leaves of absence.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, resolving employee relations issues in a timely manner. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Manage the performance review process ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Compliance and Record Keeping: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files. Prepare and submit required reports related to HR functions and compliance.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development, implementation, and updating of HR policies and procedures while ensuring team members have a thorough understanding of said policies. Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics as needed.
- HR Projects and Initiatives: Manage HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance our team members’ experience. Support diversity and inclusion efforts within the organization. Drive employee engagement and retention programs.

- You are passionate about all things HR and enjoy helping others succeed.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in HR/Business.
- You bring a minimum of 3 – 5 years of Payroll/Benefits administration experience.
- Known as a Team player who thrives on jumping in and lending a hand when needed.
- You are a pro-active, self-starter who sees and initiates opportunities for improvement.
- You enjoy the hands-on work of HR and are extremely detail oriented.
- You thrive in a multilingual work environment.
- You have experience driving programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- You are well versed in all HR compliance requirements.
- You are driven, have strong judgment, and enjoy bringing people and processes together.
- You are well versed in all HR compliance including COBRA, HIPPA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, etc.
