Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to client locations to set up, diagnose, and troubleshoot copier/printer equipment within an assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs efficiently and professionally.
- Stay up to date with evolving technology through ongoing training and professional development.
