    Location : Downtown Portland (Parking Provided)

    Hours : 15-20 hours / week

    Pay :  $25 / hour

    Our client is looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to manage day-to-day tasks with a hybrid schedule. This role is perfect for someone great with people, highly organized and detail-oriented.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Mail & Finance : Sort mail, prepare and deposit checks.
    • Organization : Manage both physical and digital filing systems.
    • Event Planning : Assist in coordinating company events like holiday parties.
    • Procurement : Handle office supply orders and inventory.
    • Onboarding : Help onboard new employees.
    • Vendor Management : Coordinate with cleaning services and vendors.
    • Admin Support : Provide general administrative help as needed.
    • Requirements :

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Previous admin experience preferred.
