PRO SOURCE is now hiring a Limousine Dispatcher. The operation is based in Mid-Town Atlanta.
Founded in 1996 and family-owned, customer is a rapidly growing, dynamic business providing clients with high-end ground transportation nationwide. Qualified candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills, the ability to balance multiple priorities, and great problem-solving skills.
YOU MUST HAVE MIN. 2 YEARS PREVIOUS DISPATCH EXPERIENCE. Start at $18 to $30 an hour, depending on previous verifiable experience. Work 40 hours a week. In office only, not a remote position. Work mid-day to evening shift…4 days a week 1 day on the weekend.
QUALIFICATIONS
* MUST HAVE Previous Transportation Dispatch experience
* Knowledge of the Metro Atlanta area
* Ability to take initiative and work well under pressure
* Ability to make quick decisions, Dependable
* Strong organizational skills, excellent multi-tasking skills, Team oriented
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Pass pre-employment screening
* Have reliable transportation to get to and from work
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Working directly with chauffeurs in assigning trips
* Tracking trips to ensure chauffeurs will be on time
* Pre-assigning trips for VIP clients
* Scheduling chauffeurs for the following day
* Reconfirming trips for the following day
* Staying on top of farmed out trip statuses
