Our client is a state-of-the-art galvanized steel decking fabrication manufacturing company with metal fabrication job shop capabilities located in Lake Benton Minnesota. Ideally located in the center of America’s manufacturing heartland, delivering timely services across North America. Location: Minnesota- Remote Flexibility Job Description: The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be our client’s primary driver of profitable revenue growth in line with annual company revenue and profit goals. An intense focus on gaining new customers will be at the top of the priority list for the selected candidate. The BDR will be responsible for identifying, researching, prospecting, and executing the sales process in his efforts to win new business. In addition, the (BDR) is responsible for overseeing and managing the retention and growth of our client’s current customer base. Responsibilities: 100% emphasis on identifying net new business opportunities Commercial Construction-(office buildings, hotels, shopping malls & mixed-use developments) The primary responsibility of this role is to build C-Suite/Operational level relationships with our client’s customers with a keen focus on retention and growth. Working to further relationships with existing customers, and starting relationships with key customer personnel is necessary to ensure revenue and profit growth. Compensation & Benefits: Base = $90k base salary Commission = Uncapped. Based on meeting and/or exceeding company revenue and profit goals as follows: The first Quarter of Employment will be tied to specific activity goals: (Cold Outreach goals (TBD), Pipeline (New Accounts Added and Value (TBD), Discovery Appointments booked, RFQs received, and Quotes Submitted. Second Quarter and beyond will earn a 3% commission on all accounts managed by BDR and paid out monthly based on monthly gross cash received on sales invoiced. Projected Year 1 Earnings: $120k – $150k Projected Year 2 Earnings: $150k PTO: 4 weeks (PTO does not carry over the following year) 8 paid Holidays
