The Lead Generation Specialist - Western Region for Probo Medical, LLC reporting to the VP of Demand Generation will cultivate new areas of opportunity within a designated regional territory. This position will work collaboratively with the Sales Specialists and Engineers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify, hunt, and cultivate new areas of opportunity to exceed daily KPI'sMake introductions and help set up meetings/ calls for the Sales Specialist and EngineersDevelop a system for reminders and follow protocols for newly developed accounts until lead is generatedProvide customers with overview of Probo's servicesCreate new leads for the commercial team to closeMaintain an organized weekly system of follow up for the commercial team on any open leads and opportunitiesExceed all activity, lead and revenue KPI'sExpected to work during typical business hours in the PST time zone Requirements Required Education and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferredAt least 2 years of medical device industry experienceCold calling experience preferredStrong organization and communication skillsBe a self-starter and work well as a member of a team or independently on several items simultaneouslyWorking knowledge of Salesforce, Zoom info and Microsoft office is preferredPreferred Skills:Business developmentPhone and email customer service etiquetteSalesNetworkingLogical thinkingHunter mentalityTravel:No travel required, remote is possibleWORK ENVIRONMENTThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
