We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
- Provide specialized instruction based on students unique needs, promoting academic, social, and behavioral growth.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff to ensure the success of students with special needs.
- Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to instruction as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and goals.
