Customer Service / Inside Sales
(We are not a call center; this is a commissioned sales position.)
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to sell spare parts and field services to an existing customer base.
This position reports to the Aftermarket Sales Manager.
Requirements
Successful candidates must:
- Communicate effectively
- Have previous customer service and industrial sales experience
- Be familiar with common machinery parts and industrial terminology
- Build constructive working relationships internally as well as with our customers, vendors and business partners
- Demonstrate initiative and follow-through and be a pro-active team member
- Prioritize and concurrently service multiple assignments while ensuring quality and timely completion
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- M2M MRP/ERP system experience a plus
- College degree (BA/BS) preferred but will consider relevant manufacturing experience
- Bi-lingual a plus
