Proclaim Home Care is seeking a reliable, dedicated, & fun team player to join our work family as our Office Assistant. This new team member must be detail oriented, highly organized, and self-driven.
Position: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Entry level position that can lead to career opportunities
- Answer phones in a positive, professional manner and take detailed messages
- Greeting office visitors as the first point of contact
- Keep patient & employee files up to date & organized
- Data Entry
- Coordinate and schedule necessary appointments and meetings
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Must have excellent verbal, organizational, and written communication skills
- Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service
- Must be dependable, able to work independently, and stay on task
- Outgoing personality, strong teamwork skills, and a professional attitude
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Must be a TEAM player
