Procon Consulting, a fast-growing professional services firm in McLean, VA with expertise in providing program and project management for design and construction, project controls, commissioning, construction-related technology, and facilities management, seeks a Quality & Construction Inspector for an opportunity in Boulder, CO .
The candidate will have responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, scheduling, coordinating, and performing the general field inspection services to monitor all on-site construction activities. This role requires a minimum 5 years of experience in general construction with new constructions and renovations, familiar with mechanical / electrical construction techniques and possess knowledge of laboratory or research operations.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Performing construction inspection, inspection and monitoring of trades
- Interpret plans and specifications to become familiar with the project scope
- Responsible for construction progress monitoring and preparation of inspection reports and final punch lists
