What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Life Coordinator position at Proctor Academy?
Proctor Academy, an independent boarding-day school, grades 9-PG, located in Andover, NH, seeks a full-time employee to assist and support the Student Life Office, the Dean of Students, and the Class Dean Team with managing the overall student life programming at Proctor. The Student Life Coordinator will coordinate student travel and attendance and ensure that all discipline is processed and that record keeping is consistent and timely. The Student Life Coordinator will support all clerical and documentation tasks and interact with administration, faculty, students, and parents.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (oral, verbal, and written), excellent PC skills, and well versed in Google Suite, Apple Computers, and spreadsheets. The ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds. They will be versatile and flexible, have a willingness to work with changing priorities, and be able to multitask. The candidate must possess an associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent, three to five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
