- Payroll Processing :
- Prepare and process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy in hours worked, overtime, and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure timely submission of payroll taxes and reports.
- Benefits Administration :
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Coordinate open enrollment periods and educate employees about their benefits options.
- Timely processing of employee reimbursements and settlements
- Compliance and Reporting :
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including FLSA, IRS, and ERISA guidelines.
- Prepare and submit required governmental reports (e.g., 1099, W-2 forms) and assist with annual audits.
- Record Keeping :
- Maintain accurate employee records related to payroll and benefits.
