Job Summary:
As a Call Center Representative in our Insurance Department, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. Your role will involve answering inquiries, assisting with policy information, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining records, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with policy inquiries, coverage options, and general insurance questions.
- Provide quotes and process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations.
- Educate customers on available insurance products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Follow company and industry regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Insurance license is a plus, but not required. Must be willing and eligible to obtain a license if not already licensed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems.
