Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Human Resources Manager to join our team at the production-plant.
The ideal candidate will be a critical member of the leadership team, working closely with leaders to enhance culture and employee engagement for approximately 350 employees.
- Provide guidance on HR aspects of plant operations and resolve employee relations issues.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and organizational development to ensure business growth.
- Manage staffing processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
- Implement and audit HR procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Identify training needs and oversee training programs to upskill the workforce.
- Lead cultural assessments and action plan execution to foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance reviews and salary planning to recognize and reward outstanding contributions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of related HR experience in manufacturing, preferably in a production plant.
- Proven supervisory/management experience, with a strong focus on relationship-building with internal stakeholders and peers.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in turnaround or change cultures.
