Front Desk Receptionist needed for a Law Firm office setting!
Great location in Central Business District
$16 to $17 per hour, half day every other Friday (pay included!), 2 weeks PTO and 6 sick days.
- Professionally welcoming clients and guests upon arrival, directing them to the appropriate person or meeting room.
- Answering and routing incoming calls promptly, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Coordinating and managing client appointments using the office scheduling system.
- Handling mail distribution, copying documents, filing paperwork, and maintaining office supplies.
- Providing basic information about the firm and its services to inquiries.
- Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Inputting client information and updating databases as needed.
Desired skills and qualifications:
- 1 year of prior experience in a professional office setting required
- Professional and inviting demeanor
- Excellent communication. interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
