Duties
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner as they arrive at the service center or showroom.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle services, repairs, and test drives.
- Maintain the front desk area by keeping it clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about services, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and managing documents.
- Maintain customer records in the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Process payments, invoices, and receipts for services provided.
- Coordinate with service and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with inventory tracking and coordination of vehicle parts when needed.
- Monitor waiting areas and offer customers refreshments or other assistance as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
- Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or in a similar role, preferably in an automotive or retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with basic office equipment (computers, phones, fax, etc.).
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and services is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of scheduling software and customer management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
