Professional Case-Management Services of America (PCSA) currently has an opening in Tucker, GA for a Regional Manager.
Responsibilities for this position includes:
1. Management and supervision of assigned Support Coordinator's caseload to ensure all required timelines and quality requirements are satisfied.
2. Conducts consistent and ongoing reviews of caseload assignments, transfers, and discharges.
3. Training, Development, and Orientation of assigned SC's
4. Monitors the ISP scheduling and preparation process.
5. Monitors to ensure Support Coordinators assist the individual and family in developing and implementing the ISP and Budget Prior to the DOB.
6. Monitors and reviews reports to ensure timely submission of documentation occurs.
7. Ensures that each Support Coordinator completes service plan and all other required Waiver documentation in a timely manner, including but not limited to recertification's, physicals, ISPs, notes, etc..
8. Provides necessary tools to support coordinators to ensure that all tasks are completed and processed according to guidelines.
9. Incident reporting and Management.
10. Assists with, as called for, the Regional offices' activities to ensure that the office functions efficiently and all deadlines are met.
11. Look Behind and Site/documentation Reviews
12. Monitors documentation.
13. Reports to the COO and CEO.
14. Maintains the confidentiality and integrity of the company at all times.
15. Performs all other duties as assigned by the CEO and COO.
