Professional Electrical Contractors (PEC) is accepting resumes for Licensed Journeyman Commercial Service Electrician with heavy Fire Alarm experience. Top priority will be given to candidates that have a strong background in Fire Alarm work. Our work involves - Retail, Academic, Healthcare, Renewable Energy, Fire Alarm & Large PV projects and multi-family housing projects
PEC is a Massachusetts based commercial electrical contractor that has been in business for over 42 years, with our corporate office located in Canton, MA. We offer above average hourly compensation - plus time and a quarter hourly rate when working nights, company van, gas card and company credit card (for work purposes).
Job requirements:
- Commercial Service experience to also include Retail Service experience heavy fire alarm experience
- Current valid driver's license as well as a clean driving record
- Plan layout and the installation of electrical wiring, equipment or fixtures based on job specifications and local codes.
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects or the need for adjustment or repair.
- In-depth knowledge of fire alarm installation
- Pipe bending and threading
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Mechanical and refrigeration wiring and troubleshooting is a PLUS
