Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for accurate data collection and reporting.
- Provide guidance on employment labor laws and best practices to ensure compliance across the organization.
- Collaborate with management on organization design and project management initiatives.
- Support workforce management by analyzing staffing needs and assisting in workforce planning.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention strategies.
- Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of employment labor laws and benefits administration.
- Excellent data collection skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and three to five years of experience working in the field of Human Resources
- Professional certification of SHRM-CP preferred
- Experience with ADP Total Source a plus– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Outstanding organizational skills, problem solver and attentive to details

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
