Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll management, accounting principles, and proficiency in financial software.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee records related to payroll, including deductions, benefits, and tax information.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of payroll data.
- Manage debits and credits related to payroll transactions.
- Utilize accounting software, including ADP, for payroll processing and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to payroll expenses.
- Ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with HR to address employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
- Conduct audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in payroll management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial software applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
