Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action is also a crucial part of this role.Responsibilities:• Process biweekly payroll for a significant number of employees• Handle tax-related matters pertaining to payroll• Manage garnishments within payroll• Implement new payroll systems and processes• Administer multistate payroll operations• Handle and resolve customer inquiries regarding payroll• Maintain and update customer credit records accurately• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary• Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, Dayforce, 401k - RRSP Administration, About Time, and Accounting Functions to perform job duties effectively
