Adult Mental Health Worker $25 / hr

The Mental Health Worker provides direct care services and programmatic support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role focuses on fostering an environment that promotes daily living skills and community integration.

Responsibilities :

• Provide support by assisting in the development and implementation of habilitative, behavioral, and recreational programs
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure successful ISP implementation
• Assist with activities of daily living, including household maintenance, personal hygiene, food shopping, meal preparation, budgeting, leisure activities, and social skill development
• Transport individuals to work, recreational activities, and other appointments as needed
• Assist and lift individuals with physical disabilities or limited mobility when necessary
