Seeking a seasonal receptionist for the upcoming tax season, available to start between December 2024 - January 1, 2025 and work through April 15, 2025.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple individuals
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Provide administrative support to bookkeeper as needed
Skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Proficient in calendar management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
