Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Food Safety Compliance Coordinator to join our team.
As a Compliance Coordinator in the Food Contact Packaging industry, you will be responsible for ensuring that our packaging materials comply with all relevant regulations and standards, including BRCGS. You will work closely with our quality assurance, production, and procurement teams to implement and maintain compliance programs, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What YOU will do :
- Coordinate and maintain compliance with food contact packaging regulations (e.g., FDA, EU) and BRCGS standards.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and BRCGS requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve compliance issues.
- Prepare for and participate in external audits and inspections, including those conducted by BRCGS.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records within a controlled document structure.
- Train and educate staff on compliance requirements and best practices, including BRCGS standards.
- Monitor and interpret changes in regulations and standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Maintain compliance with HACCP / HARA programs.
- Other duties and responsibilities regarding Quality & Food Safety as needed.
