Key Responsibilities:
- Process Discovery and Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of business processes to evaluate their suitability for RPA.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, including inputs, outputs, exceptions, and business rules.
- Create As-Is and To-Be process maps using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Identify inefficiencies, pain points, and areas for process improvement through automation.
- Solution Design and Documentation:
- Develop Process Design Documents (PDD) detailing workflows, business rules, and exceptions.
- Contribute to the creation of Solution Design Documents (SDD) in collaboration with the RPA development team.
- Draft Business Requirements Documents (BRD) for automation projects.
- Work closely with process owners to ensure clear understanding of automation goals and outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the liaison between business units and the RPA development team to ensure seamless implementation.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and address issues or required changes.
- RPA Lifecycle Support:
- Support RPA developers during the build phase by clarifying business logic and rules.
- Collaborate with RPA Developers and SMEs to ensure comprehensive bot testing.
- Assist in deployment activities, including documentation, change management, and user training.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and support ongoing optimization efforts.
Required Skills:
- Business Process Mapping & Documentation: Strong understanding and experience in documenting business processes.
- RPA Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Agile Methodologies: Understanding and experience working in Agile environments.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in analyzing data and updating reporting materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks).
- Automation Hub & Insights Reporting: Experience using these platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assist with troubleshooting during automation deployment and optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
