We have a very exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a property firm in Litchfield. This is offering up to 55k a year dependant on experience with excellent benefits on hybrid basis!

This role responsibilities include : -Building relationships at all levels -Working closely with the Head of People to delivery strategies and assess the skills gap -Passionate about new talent and early talent programmes -Enhance employee engagement and promoting a positive culture-Supporting the growth and development of the company’s people -Champion learning and development in the business -Analyse HR metrics and provide data -Collaborate with teams to align people strategy -Manage employee relations for the businessFor this role you would need previous experience working at a HR Business Partner level or be ready to move up from a HR manager position and ideally working CIPD level 5 or above.If you have any queries about the role contact Katie on 0121_633_4443.
