Drive and implement robust quality control processes to ensure every deliverable is technically accurate and efficient.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree a plus.
An active Professional Engineering (P.E.) license.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, specifically within the Architecture & Engineering (A&E) industry.
Demonstrated track record of leading and mentoring teams and managing complex, large-scale projects successfully.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, along with a strong understanding of industry standards and codes.
Advanced engineering methodologies expertise.
Proven ability to build lasting relationships that create opportunities with both established and prospective clients.
