Description:
The Administrative Assistant will organize & coordinate general administrative tasks, as well as support various departments within the company. Duties & responsibilities include staffing the reception desk, greeting visitors, providing general administrative support to our employees and coordinating various office & management administrative support tasks
- Serve as the point person for office duties including answering phone, greeting customers, coordinating customer visits & lunches.
- Maintains office supplies & coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
- Supports Human Resources documentation tasks.
- Supports Human Resources with coordinating & posting employee communications via MS Teams & Video Communication Monitors.
- Manages online recruiting platforms. (i.e., really, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Coordinates employee badging & maintains customer and vendor visit logs.
- Supports sales & marketing efforts, collaborate with the sales team on marketing materials, web content updates & social media presence.
- Completes monthly sales reports.
- Knowledge of clerical procedures & systems such as record keeping and filing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power Apps)
- Experience of office machines & being in an administrative assistant role.
- Attention to details and problem solving.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills.
- Strong organizational & planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in an administrative role
- College associate degree preferred
