Accountability Coach
Role:
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Accountability Coach to support clients in achieving their health and fitness goals. This role focuses on motivation, tracking progress, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure long-term success. The ideal candidate has experience in coaching, fitness accountability, nutrition, or wellness and is skilled at keeping clients engaged and on track.
Requirements
Experience in coaching, fitness accountability, nutrition, or wellness
Highly organized & detail-oriented → Tracks client progress & habits
Great at building relationships and keeping clients motivated
Key Strengths:
Tech-Savvy → Comfortable using Trainerize, MyFitnessPal, or CRM tools
Strong empathy & motivational skills
Excellent written & verbal communication (weekly check-ins required)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular client check-ins to track progress and adherence to fitness and nutrition plans
- Provide guidance, motivation, and accountability support to help clients reach their goals
- Utilize tracking tools such as Trainerize, MyFitnessPal, or CRM software to monitor client progress
- Develop personalized strategies to address client challenges and keep them engaged
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels to provide ongoing support
- Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages long-term success
Results:
- Improve client adherence to fitness and nutrition programs
- Enhance client motivation and engagement through consistent communication
- Increase client retention and satisfaction by providing structured support
- Help clients achieve measurable progress in their health and wellness goals
Physical Requirements:
