Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Greet clients by name upon arrival to ensure a welcoming experience.
- Provide personalized encouragement and value during training sessions.
Session Delivery
- Conduct safe, engaging, and high-value fitness sessions.
- Maintain client safety and monitor proper technique.
Community Building
- Cultivate a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment for all clients.
Facility Maintenance
- Keep the training floor, common areas, and restrooms spotless and organized.
Promotion
- Actively promote internal offers, specialty programs, and events to clients with enthusiasm.
Dress Code Compliance
- Wear clean, professional ACME Athletics-branded attire that aligns with company standards.
Requirements
Experience and Certification
- Previous coaching experience in sports or fitness-related fields.
- Coaching certification or a degree in a related field is preferred.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of fitness techniques and training strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Part-Time, Hourly
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule:
- Monday and Wednesday: 4:45 PM – 7:15 PM
- Tuesday and Thursday: 5:45 PM – 7:15 PM
- Potential to pick up Saturday classes as needed
