- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Document customer interactions in the system accurately for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills In Chinese/ English
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.

Pay: $20.57 - $22.24 per hour
