Job Title: Receiving Clerk

Location: Ridgeville

Summary: We are currently hiring Receiving Clerks to support the distribution of cold and frozen food. The ideal candidate will have excellent inventory control skills, be able to work in a fast-paced team environment, and maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing product shipments.
• Unload delivery trucks by hand and verify shipments against product invoices.
• Palletize products correctly and safely according to regulatory guidelines.
• Receive and process outgoing order requests, notifying management personnel of product shortages.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Fully comply with all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Organize and store shipments efficiently.

Requirements:

• Lifting requirement: 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a cold storage warehouse environment (35 degrees year-round)
• Stand for 8-10 hours per day
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management System, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software
• Willingness to work variable schedules, including late nights and weekends
• Strong sense of urgency to meet production demands
• Daily PPE requirements include steel-toe boots, safety vest, and gloves

Estimate Salary Range: $37,600 - $39,800 per year
