Pro Mach is seeking a talented e-Invoicing Analyst to join their Financial Shared Services Organization. This position is vital in driving customer portal billing efficiency, standardization, and scalability. This position is located in Charlotte, North Carolina and will report to the Senior Accounting Manager, Order to Cash.
Are you passionate about this work?
- Lead continuous e-Invoice automation between customers, portals, and the third-party AR Automation solution; identify customers, manage requirements, coordinate testing and go-live activities
- Liaison between customers, portals, and AR Automation solution to drive successful customer onboarding
- Reduce manual billing portal entry volume and increase e-Invoicing volume
- Research, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions to increase straight through processing rates for e-Invoicing customers
- Coordinate and manage with various stakeholder’s issue resolution related to manual and e-Invoicing submission
- Accurately generate billing/invoicing for portal customers and ensure timely invoice delivery to customers, as assigned
- Perform maintenance and administration for several customer portals
- Partner with Collections to ensure billed portal invoice issues are resolved timely and root causes are documented
- Perform other duties as assigned

Does this sound like you?
- Two or Four-year degree in accounting, or related work experience preferred.
- 5 years of experience in transactional and financial processes.
- Experience in Financial Shared Services a plus
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Experience with customer portal invoicing; for example, Coupa, Ariba, Tungsten, Taulia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented; ability to detect and troubleshoot issues; recommend solutions
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel; spreadsheets, pivot tables and import/export files.
- Intermediate knowledge with ERP and workflow automations.
- Excellent communication, customer service and relationship management skills.
- Work collaboratively with team members and internal/external customers.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, requires minimal supervision.
