Front Gate Host
What you get to do:
You?ll play a key role in defining our guest experience by presenting a welcoming spirit to guests entering the parking lot, the main gate area and throughout the park. You will communicate park information to guests while enthusiastically displaying a positive attitude, high level of energy and commitment to quality. You will also:
? Work in a team environment
? Interact with others in a professional manner
? Ensure positive enforcement of park policies
? Sell guest parking and monitor park traffic flow
? Validating tickets for guest park entrance
? Operate cash register
? Follow proper cash handling procedures
? Work any front gate position as needed

What it takes to succeed:
? Must be at least 18 years old
? Basic computer proficiency
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
? Excellent cash handling abilities
? Ability to learn/use point of sale (cash register) systems
? Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
? Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
? Previous guest/customer service experience preferred
? Bilingual or multilingual communication skills a plus

EMT (18 )
What you get to do:
? Provide emergency medical and first aid care to guests and employees following national and state standards.
? Assesses injuries or illness, administers appropriate treatment and complete paperwork
? Perform daily checks on safety and rescue equipment.
? Report safety hazards in the park to necessary personnel.
? Participate in department training and drills.
? Respond to medical emergencies throughout the park.
? Enthusiastically represent the company by displaying a positive attitude, high level of energy and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job.
? Able to respond to patient needs and make sound decisions.

What it takes to succeed:
? At least 18 years of age.
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Possess and maintain a current Florida EMT-B or higher Florida certification.
? Strong comprehensive and communication skills.
? Able to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing as well as use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving.
? Able to stand, walk, and work for long periods of time in extreme weather conditions.
? Able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure excellent guest service.
? Consistently practices safe work habits including, but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment, lifting and reporting of unsafe situations.
? Willing to comply with grooming guidelines and employment standards.
? Able to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements to include but not limited to passing required tests and certifications within established timelines
? Able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 lbs. of equipment with or without accommodation.
? Able to work indoors and in outside weather conditions (i.e. sunny, wet, and/or humid conditions)

Park Services/ Maintenance Host:
What you get to do:
? Maintain cleanliness of restroom/park areas
? Operate and maintain blow packs, pressure washers, vacuums, fire hoses, etc.
? Stock restroom supplies
? Maintain/organize storage closet
? Notify leadership of any supplies needed
? Report any concerns or repair needs in restroom facilities
? Sweep debris from pathways while scanning landscape for trash
? Maintain hand washing stations
? Change trash bags
? Interact with guests and answer guest questions
? Complete opening and closing procedures
? Direct guests to attractions
? Assist with park emergencies, including inclement weather
? Perform other duties as assigned

? Ability to stand and walk for entire shift

Food & Beverage Ambassador

What you get to do:
As a Food Service Host, you?ll ensure a great eating experience for our guests in a variety of venues, including restaurants, carts/kiosks, specialty snack carts, dessert stations, etc. Wherever you serve, you will:
? Enthusiastically greet and welcome guests
? Provide information to guests on food & beverage products being offered
? Make recommendations to fit each guest?s needs
? Support dietary restrictions, allergies, and special needs
? Take orders in a prompt manner and ensure execution of delivery
? Maintain a clean working environment
? Operate cash register
? Follow proper cash handling procedures
? Prepare/carry vending trays

What it takes to succeed:
? At least 18 years old
? Commitment to exceptional guest service
? Ability to learn/use point of sale (cash register) systems
? Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
? Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
? Ability to walk and stand extensively
? Ability to work indoors and outdoors, in a variety of weather conditions
? Completion of all training, including ServSafe and RCS Responsible Vendor Training
? Previous cash handling experience preferred
? Needs to be able to work in all positions of the Food and Beverage department

** All food and beverage job positions are required to take the Food Handling certification. Applicants 18 are required to take the Alcoholic Beverage Course in Food and Beverage. F&B Food Handler/Alcoholic Beverage Course: This is an external course required pre-employment for F&B. This is approx. $5-$15 externally.

Cash Control Clerk

What you get to do:
? Oversee Administrative duties for the park assigned by the Cash Control Supervisor
? Assist in Preparing Daily Operating Reports for the Park that are reconciled to Cash
? Oversee all cashiers making sure cash control policies are adhered to
? Serve as a cash runner giving change to cashiers and getting cash pickups
? Responsible for the Vault/Cash Control Room and maintaining its security
? Responsible for Cash Vault Activity while assigned to this area
? Clean park areas as assigned.
? Attend morning meetings.

What it takes to succeed:
? Must be at least 18 years old
? A minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required
? Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills
? Ability to accurately learn and use the point of sale system
? Exhibit a guest first focus with outstanding communication skills
? Ability to promote and ensure a safe and secure environment
? Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
