This role will be fully on-site (5x/week) and based in Hudson Yards.
About the role and your impact:
- Property/project-level review of accounting data
- Financial statement preparation
- Budgeting and expense analysis
- Annual audit and tax support
- Additional duties as assigned
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA preferred
- 5 years of accounting experience, ideally within real estate, construction, and/or high-net worth family office w/ Project Accounting Experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
