What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with homeowners interested in roofing, remodeling, and home improvement services
- Follow up on warm leads and support our field sales team by setting appointments and helping move deals forward
- Build trust and educate customers on our products and services
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and collaborate across departments
- Consistently hit weekly sales goals with the support of your manager and team
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence talking to people on the phone—outbound or inbound
- A competitive spirit and a desire to win as a team
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but we’ll train the right attitude!
- Earning potential between $55,000–$80,000/year (base commission bonuses)
