Our client, a public agency, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized Office Assistant for a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will be computer-savvy, capable of quickly learning new software, and proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel). As an Office Assistant, you will work independently while providing valuable support to ensure smooth daily operations. Strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential in this role.

Responsibilities :

Maintain and update office records and databases, ensuring accurate and organized documentation.

Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and other materials using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Learn and adapt to new software or tools as needed for specific office tasks and processes.

Perform research tasks and compile relevant information for various departments or projects.

Requirements :

Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) with the ability to create documents, manage schedules, and analyze data.

Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software or systems.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Research experience and ability to find information efficiently and accurately.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

Professional and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic.

Full-time

Pay = $21 / hr
