Job Summary: We are a small but rapidly growing, high-paced real estate wholesale firm based in Seattle, looking to expand our team with a driven and experienced Transaction Coordinator. You will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the end-to-end transaction process. Your expertise in organization, communication, and transaction management will be key to ensuring smooth closings and supporting our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all aspects of wholesale real estate transactions, from initial contract to closing.
- Manage timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met for inspections, signings, closing, etc.
- Communicate with clients, escrow, title companies, and internal team members to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Order payoffs from banks & other lienholders.
- Get auction dates postponed as needed to facilitate transactions.
- Review contracts and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and compliant.
- Maintain and update transaction records in CRM systems.
- Provide regular updates to team members.
Time Commitment:
- Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
- Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in real estate transaction coordination, preferably in wholesale.
- Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and closing processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Abode, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Ability to expertly apply pressure to outside parties to accomplish the company’s goals/timelines
- Must own a vehicle with valid insurance and valid drivers license.
- Must own a laptop and iPhone.
- Bilingual/Multilingual proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
