Location: Seattle, WA
Job Summary: We are a rapidly growing real estate wholesale firm based in Seattle, looking to expand our Acquisitions team with a driven and experienced Sales Associate. As a Real Estate Acquisitions Associate, you will play a critical role in identifying and converting leads into profitable deals. Your expertise in negotiation, market analysis, and client relationship management will be key to closing deals and driving our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Engage with qualified leads via text/phone/at their home, build rapport, and convert them into successful real estate transactions.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and property values to identify profitable opportunities for acquisition.
- Negotiation: Negotiate purchase prices, contract terms, and other deal specifics to maximize profitability.
- Client Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, sellers, and other stakeholders.
- Compliance: Stay informed about and ensure compliance with local real estate laws and fair housing regulations.
- Time Commitment: Work hours are Monday - Friday 10-6pm, Saturday 11-6pm.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or a related field.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deals and close transactions efficiently.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Seattle real estate market and property valuation methods.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and market analysis tools.
- Licensing: Real estate license in Washington State is not required but would be a plus.
- Vehicle: Applicant must own a vehicle with valid insurance
- Technology: Applicant must own a laptop and iPhone
- Bilingual/Multilingual Proficiency: A plus but not mandatory.
