Responsibilities : As an Executive Assistant, this individual will provide administrative and operational support first to the Owner, but also to the office as needed. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with superb communication skills. S / he should thrive in an ambiguous environment. Responsibilities may include :
- Assist Owner with all written communication
- Meticulous maintenance of electronic and paper filing systems
- Edit and update spreadsheets, reports and HUD forms
- Process expenses, invoices and reconciliations
- Schedule / coordinate meetings and general maintenance of Owners Outlook calendar
- General administrative duties such as monitoring phones, email and mail
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Applicable Physical Capabilities : General mobility in office areas is required, along with the ability to operate data processing / office equipment.
