Property Management People, Inc (PMP) is adding another Finance professional to their growing Corporate office team. This position is a non-exempt, full time opportunity. The Finance Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant provides support to the HOA Finance team with the daily operations of the Corporate office by serving as an important liaison for the homeowners. Superior customer service and strong interpersonal communication skills are required. Responding with a high degree of urgency to the needs and requests of our clients is essential.
Requirements include:
- At least 1 year of administrative/clerical experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Use of multi-line phone system
- Excellent attention to detail, high degree of confidentiality
- Demonstrated excellence in a customer service environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in dealing with HOAs and Association attorneys a plus
