Part Time Front Desk

Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist/Events Coordinator needed for large homeowner’s association to represent management company and Property Manager - Weekends only

Hours may vary depending on the event, but typically 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Requirements/Duties

• Heavy phones, fielding questions, administrative/clerical support
• Good presentation and good communication skills including verbal and written for frequent interaction with residents.
• Good computer skills
• Excellent people skills with a positive attitude
• Assist in coordinating vendors and catering events
• Strong attention to detail/organization
• Team player
