What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Front Desk position at Property Management?
Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist/Events Coordinator needed for large homeowner’s association to represent management company and Property Manager - Weekends only
Hours may vary depending on the event, but typically 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Requirements/Duties
- Heavy phones, fielding questions, administrative/clerical support
- Good presentation and good communication skills including verbal and written for frequent interaction with residents.
- Good computer skills
- Excellent people skills with a positive attitude
- Assist in coordinating vendors and catering events
- Strong attention to detail/organization
- Team player
