As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Intern / Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to help us deliver a World-Class Customer Experience .

About This Role

This opportunity is perfect for someone who is looking for real-world experience in a fast-growing SaaS company while balancing an internship or part-time role.

This role can be structured as either an internship or a part-time position, depending on your experience and availability.

Location : This is an in-office role at Property Meld HQ in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Hours : 35 hours per week

Compensation : $18 / hour

What You'll Do (Jobs to Be Done)

  • Deliver a World-Class Customer Experience by providing technical support via email, chat, and phone .
  • Troubleshoot customer issues using available tools, resources, and critical thinking.
  • Execute assigned tasks and projects to support the broader Customer Support team.
  • Become a Product Expert – learn and adapt quickly to our platform, processes, and customer needs .
  • Be a Customer Advocate – identify and communicate areas for improvement to enhance the maintenance experience .
