About This Role

This role can be structured as either an internship or a part-time position, depending on your experience and availability.
Location : This is an in-office role at Property Meld HQ in Rapid City, South Dakota.
Hours : 35 hours per week
Compensation : $18 / hour
What You'll Do (Jobs to Be Done)
- Deliver a World-Class Customer Experience by providing technical support via email, chat, and phone .
- Troubleshoot customer issues using available tools, resources, and critical thinking.
- Execute assigned tasks and projects to support the broader Customer Support team.
- Become a Product Expert – learn and adapt quickly to our platform, processes, and customer needs .
- Be a Customer Advocate – identify and communicate areas for improvement to enhance the maintenance experience .
