Job Description :
The Senior Business Analyst, Contracts & Change Orders position is responsible for development and analysis of contract and change order budgets, and contract documents while working closely with the internal proposal key stakeholders.
Essential Functions :
- Development of complex contracts, change orders and associated deliverables.
- Development of complex budgets for contracts and change orders.
- Budget analysis.
- Understand contract terms and ability to identify adjustments to financial terms as needed.
- Development of advance requirements per standards including advance table calculations of all complexities.
- Overall accountability for the contracts and change order process and deliverable, working in collaboration with global operational teams as needed.
- Participate in departmental initiatives, as needed.
- Assist in training and support of lesser experienced team members.
- Perform senior level peer reviews and / or QC review providing guidance and training as necessary.
- Participate in client meetings (as needed).
- Other duties as assigned.
