- Assist in troubleshooting mobile devices and ensure they are functioning properly.
- Maintain and support Windows-based systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct basic network troubleshooting, including TCP/IP issues.
- Document all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
