We are seeking a Senior Property Accountant for an esteemed real estate firm in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team responsible for managing this complex asset, ensuring accurate financial statements and reconciliations. Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations for the Innovation Design Building.
- Manage tenant recovery calculations and complex CAM processes.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals including accounting, construction, asset management, and marketing.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and semi-annual forecasts.
- Conduct accounts payable, accounts receivable, and lease administration tasks in accounting software.
- Coordinate with property management on tenant accounts receivable reconciliations.
Required Qualifications:
- Five or more years of property accounting experience in real estate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex financial data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with MRI software
