Hybrid Senior Property Accountant $95 / k

What we offer :

  • Base pay up to $95 / k
  • Hybrid setup – 3 days in office and 2 days remote
  • Competitive salary package

Essential Job Functions :

  • Ensure required funding for all properties follows regulations
  • Prepare and review monthly inter-company entries and reconciliation
  • Ensure timely reporting : Oversee the creation of monthly financial statements for property entities and ensure timely distribution
  • Support property budgeting : Prepare annual budgets for the properties

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business
  • 4 years Real Estate Accounting experience
  • Experience with RealPage Accounting Software and ADP payroll software
  • Strong background in Affordable Housing
